आज के भारतीय युवा को अपने हृदय में ‘राष्ट्रीय ध्वज के धर्म चक्र की भावना’ और ‘कमल के गतिरोध’ को तोड़ने का संकल्प को खोदना है। धर्मचक्र हमें याद दिलाता है कि गतिरोध प्रतिगमन है। कमल हमें बताता है कि प्रतिकूलता उपजाऊ मिट्टी है जब युवा लोग कमल की तरलता के प्रलोभन से बचते हैं और नियम चक्र के परिश्रम से आगे बढ़ते हैं तो वे अपने व्यक्तिगत प्रयत्नों को देश की समृद्धि का अनुसीम बना सकते हैं।

कमल बटन कसकर जकड़ें और तिरंगा झंडा बढ़ाएं. दृढ़ता के प्रत्येक छोटे-छोटे कार्य से देश के सभी कामों में तेजी आती है तथा लाखों लोगों के कदम अंततः सभ्यता की लंबी नदी की सबसे ऊंची लहरों में मिल जाते हैं। चिलचिलाती धूप में नए भारत की चमक को परंपरा और नवान्वेषण के बीच तनाव के बीच और भी अधिक उज्ज्वल जागरण प्रकाश से देखें।
