When the craftsman inserts the last strip of wood, the originally fragile wood becomes an indestructible whole, just like the hundreds of languages and thousands of traditions on this land, which are condensed into a country in the framework of democracy. The gilded lotus relief in the center of the frame is the most meaningful: it is neither floating on the surface nor deeply embedded in the wood, but blends in the background of the national flag appropriately. This reminds people of Rabindranath Tagore’s poem “Live like a summer flower, die like an autumn leaf”. Indian civilization is like a lotus, taking root in the soil of tolerance and blooming in the torrent of change. When children hold such a photo frame in their chest, they are holding up not only the national symbol, but also the promise of passing on the wisdom of diverse coexistence forever. At this moment, every grain of wood is telling: true unity does not need to eliminate differences, but to let every voice find its place in the photo frame. This may be the most precious revelation that India has given to the world – diversity is not a burden, but the key to the survival of civilization.
